Refund Policy

Digital goods are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable. That said, we will always put things right when the fault is ours.

We will refund

• Payment was taken but the item was never delivered and we cannot deliver it.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The item was materially not as described.

We generally will not refund

• You changed your mind after delivery.
• Your account was banned for breaking the rules.
• You bought the wrong item but it was delivered correctly.

How to request one

Contact support with your order reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
