Terms of Service

_Last updated: replace this text in Admin → Settings → Policies._

These terms are a starting point and are not legal advice. Have them reviewed before you take real payments.

1. What you are buying

Purchases on this store are for digital, in-game items and privileges on the Fractured Realm Minecraft network. They are a licence to use those features while your account is in good standing — not ownership of any asset.

2. Delivery

Items are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed. If a player is offline, delivery completes the next time they join.

3. Conduct

Purchased ranks and items may be revoked without refund if an account is banned for breaking the network rules.

4. Not affiliated with Mojang

Fractured Realm is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.
